2. We get in touch to talk through sizing, rear travel setup (XC or Trail), cable routing and your colour choice.
3. Your frame is built by hand in Germany.
4. Final payment & delivery – the remaining balance is settled before your frame ships. Current lead time: approx. 20 weeks.

Technology

• The Progressive Flex Pivot Suspension on the Chabo is designed to deliver smooth, responsive performance. With a 16% progression from SAG onwards, this system perfectly balances comfort and control, adapting to challenging terrains. It offers 120mm rear travel with a 190 x 45mm shock, or, for a more cross-country-oriented setup, 108mm rear travel with a 190 x 40mm shock. This versatility allows riders to choose the setup that best suits their adventure style.

• Internal/External Cable Routing: The Chabo offers flexibility with both sleek internal routing for a clean look and traditional external routing for easier maintenance. Both options are included in the box, so you can decide which setup works best for you without needing to choose upfront.

• Threaded T47 Bottom Bracket: Ensures strength and long-term durability with easy maintenance options

• Inside-Out Coating: The Chabo’s frame is treated with a durable KTL coating, which fully coats the frame inside and out, using the same high standards as in the automotive industry. This protective layer is finished with a beautiful Cerakote coating or powder coating. You can choose from four stylish Cerakote colours or two powder coat colours, and for those wanting something unique, a custom paint job is always an option. This dual-layer coating ensures the Chabo stands out in both durability and style.

FAQ

What exactly am I buying here?
A 1000€ deposit that secures your spot on the CHABO waiting list. The frame itself is 4400€ – the deposit counts towards that price.

What happens after I pay the deposit?
We contact you personally to go through sizing, rear travel setup (XC 108mm or Trail 120mm), cable routing and colour. Every frame is built to order.

Internal or external cable routing?
You don’t have to choose upfront – both options are included in the box.

Which shocks fit?
190x40mm (XC) or 190x45mm (Trail). Compatible with RockShox, Fox, Cane Creek, DVO, Push, EXT and Intend.

Will my brakes fit?
All flat mount brakes fit (180mm FM). With the PM adapter: Trickstuff C22 and Formula Cura 2 fit, Magura MT4/MT5 do not.

How durable is the finish?
The frame is KTL-coated inside and out – automotive standard – and finished with Cerakote or powder coating. Steel is repairable and fully recyclable.

Can I service it myself?
Yes. Threaded T47 bottom bracket, UDH dropout, standard bearings and optional external routing – the CHABO is built to be maintained, not replaced.
